Ananda Valley Farm

My wife was given a cauliflower head that came from Ananda Valley Farm in Half Moon Bay. She decided to make a casserole. She wanted to make a large casserole using more than just one head of cauliflower. So she went to Lucky's and purchased an organic cauliflower head. When I came home from work she was cutting the cauliflower into small pieces. I was hungry and started eating the Ananda Valley Farm cauliflower and it was good. When she started cutting up the cauliflower from Lucky's I continued eating and I asked her why the big difference in taste. She did not know why. We began to eat both cauliflowers and the difference was like night and day. After some research we found out why Ananda Valley Farms vegetables taste so good. They don't use tractors, there soil is organic and has been cared for meticulously. They take their vegetables directly from the field to customer. They offer CSA (community Supported Agricultural) which is a weekly supply of fresh vegetables delivered to various locations on the coast and beyond.
