I bought a whole cow and 1/2 pig. The pig was very good but the cow was horrible. It wasn't that the meat was so bad, but the how they cut the meat up was terrible. The ground beef had large chunks of marble fat. I have never seen steaks cut so bad. I ended up donating all the meat to shelters. Complete waste of 3k.

Our butcher has been in the processing business all of his life and is extremely professional. If there were issues with his product we would certainly find another.

Thank you for the heads up. Still looking...trying to find a place that doesn't torture the cattle as they slaughter them. But I need to be able to chew and swallow the meat...
