He never minds your asking him questions about what he uses, in his bottled foods... or what brands he recommends. For us, he politely recommended a Lighter Pastry flour -"Antimo Caputo"( 00/Zero-Zero) for my lemon loaf, upon his sampling of it.(We found it on Amazon).
Well, i never made another lemon loaf but his suggestion for That particular ITALIAN brand of flour has now been our recommendation to others and is a staple of ours today! (Red or Blue bags are excellent choices). I can't begin to tell you the mouth watering, highly anticipated PIZZA, my husband makes now, with THIS flour! Taste, Crust, Smell, EVERYTHING - Perfectly Authentic!~Thanks Sam!
