Earth Friendly Farm

The bottom line: I attended the Shiitake Inoculation class 16 Jan 2017 instructed by Kelley and Mike. The class was very informative and provided all the instruction necessary for me to do this on my own. Additionally, they included information on what and where to purchase the tools and supplies used in the class. Kelley and Mike are very knowledgeable and generously shared their knowledge with the class.

The best parts: Friendly gracious hosts to their farm and happy to give you the working tour. The lunch was delicious and plentiful! You'll learn about the shiitake mushrooms and so much more in this informal, hands-on class. I highly recommend it!

Thank you Bob for those kind words. We did truly enjoy having you at the Farm. And I am so pleased you like our Shiitake, Tofu, Cashew soup. We get a little creative recipe wise with what we grow. Hope to see you again.
