Fresh Gardens

Growing up in CHINA I grew up with an appreciation for more exotic fruits. Sugar apples are one of the harder ones to get here in the northwest. I ordered these from Florida and they came carefully packaged and intact even though it was during a heat wave. I really appreciated the two ripe ones of a dozen in the 5lbs I ordered. the rest were in various stages of ripening and got there over the next week. The flavor was what I remember from my childhood and the sweetness was heavenly. There was a few small ones in the batch but that didn't detract from the flavor. The season ended before I could buy more and I have been patiently waiting for this year's crop to start. This fruit made my 2015.
