Before I got involved with the CSA, I had a vague seasonal conception. Food was usually at the supermarket, ready for purchase regardless of season. It's crazy to me now to think of that as the status quo. Now, I'm dreaming of strawberries in June, the silky-smooth early greens, and asparagus. After a few weeks, it'll be on to blueberries and kale, and before you know it, tomatoes will make you realize how quickly the summer flew by.
My wife and I enjoy not only a wide variety of delicious organic produce from Native Offerings, but a sense of place and peace of mind. Plus, it's affordable!
