Earth Friendly Farm

By: Adrienne Corticelli (May 4, 2016)
This was not my first time to the Farm and won't be my last. Kelley and Mike are a dynamic duo maintaining a corner of homestead heaven in the hills of North Georgia. Every visit with them is fun and entertaining, as well as educational, and their Shiitake Mushroom Class was no exception. By the time I took home my inoculated log, I felt confident that I could continue to grow mushrooms on my own--the legacy of true teachers. Any experience with these genuine, caring, generous, and funny folk will leave you enriched. I was fortunate to be able to attend their final class of Spring 2016, and I encourage anyone thinking about growing their own mushrooms to get on the list for their next season.

Wow, Adrienne. Thank you for those incredible compliments. We are so thankful to have you as part of our "Farm Family". And remember....there are 5 #50 bags of dried Black Walnuts to open...so anytime you are in the mood....haha Thanks again, Kelley
