Fresh Gardens

I had ordered sugar apples for my mother this year. The other was made on August 8th. As of to date, no shipment was made and I was charged for the product. I wrote to Fresh Gardens as well as to Local Harvest to ask for help in terms of confirming the status of my order. No response nor any acknowledgement so far. I had ordered many times from Local Harvest and never had any problems from any of the vendors except Fresh Gardens. Every time I ordered something from this farm, shipment is not made until I inquired about the order. When the products arrive, quality is spotty. I am very surprised about the lack of service. Would not recommend ordering from the farm. It is not my intention to publish a negative review on any vendor but after experiencing on-going problems with Fresh Gardens, I have to express my unhappiness.

I also ordered 10 lbs of Sugar Apple on 08/10/16. When I email to concern I do not receive my order yet, next day I got three emails response from the owner. "The fruit was not good for he can ship to me and suggest return money back". However, I email to him just give me a credit for when he has fruit and ship to me. Even I do not get fruit yet, but I like the vendor way fast response and still do the business with this vendor. FAST RESPONSE
