Elmwood Stock Farm

I'm very impressed with the detail taken to ship my Thanksgiving turkey I ordered from Elmwood Stock Farm. I was immediately given a shipping and arrival date and then a follow up that my order had indeed shipped. It arrived packaged so well with insulation that it was still very cold. What impressed me also was the printed material that was included. I received a comprehensive background on their production practices etc. Also included were "Roasting your Turkey" tips and instructions for making the perfect stock. All in all I can hardly wait to taste this organic pasture-raised bird. I wanted to write this review because I truly was impressed at the amount of detail taken in putting out their product. I'm impressed!! Thank you Local Harvest for always representing the best farms!
