Renewed Roots Initiative

I was one of the few "beta testers" of the CSA program in RRI's first year, and it was an abundance with which I could hardly keep up! A nice diversity - more so than in previous CSAs I've had (and I've tried several in the Chicagoland area). This year is expected to have even more diversity - over 100 varieties of veggies, fruits, and herbs. This year they are also offering seedlings. RRI is a passionate group of young farmers, whose primary mission is to feed refugee and low-income families around Aurora. Every full-CSA share purchased ALSO sponsors another family --- so, a great deal, a great mission, and a great farm to support! Highly recommend!
