Swain Family Farm

This Thanksgiving, we chose to get a heritage turkey from Stephanie's farm, after having read their great reviews. We knew we wouldn't be disappointed, but actually we were amazed by the rich flavor of the bird. Also, using the offal, neck and feet for the stock gave a wonderful, tasty result.
