Fresh Gardens

I have ordered online from them several times in the past and had good experiences. But this last time the item I ordered wasn't having a good crop so I was told to hang on and they would ship later. No problem. Waited a couple months and checked back and they said they would ship something else to me which was fine. Nothing came. A couple months later same thing - "we'll send something right out". They never did. I really don't care what they send or if they refund the money but they stopped replying. My credit card says too much time has passed to file a claim against them so I got the Better Business Bureau involved but the business will not respond to the BBB either. I don't know what happened - this place used to be so good but now they just take your money and leave you hanging. Total scam now!
