I ordered Monstera deliciosa back in June for over $70. Communication was terrible. Nothing arrived and no one reached out. By September, I was requesting a refund and Bob kept ghosting me or offering a mixed variety box instead. As of today, I still haven't received my fruit OR a refund and he never responded to my emails. No apologies. No owning up to the fact that his website advertised a fruit as being in stock when it wasn't. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional. Avoid these scammers at all costs. I hope you are happy stealing money from someone on a limited income who wanted to surprise her brother on his birthday.
