Fresh Gardens

I ordered a case of fruit, my order was paid and confirmed. It's been a month and have not received the items.Also, their email bounced back and their phone mail box is full. I don't know what happened but I want to understand why this business is still listed if they cannot sell their products. I got charged so I will have to escalate to have them contact them because I do not see a way to reach out to them for a refund. Sad because it looks like a great way to support a small business.
