Eyeballing organic co-ops and CSA subscriptions for some time, I finally decided to make the investment as I signed up last winter. I looked forward through the bitter months of having an awesome variety of organic eggs and unique produce selections once the earth thawed and woke up again. I?ve always wanted to keep a cool garden filled with heirlooms and a variety of off-beat and hard-to-locate varieties, but it is extremely time and labor intensive. The farmer is a strapping, hard-working, intense, and dedicated guy, and gives an informative email each week- filled with delish recipes, tips, and humour. His team is awesome and he is always looking for innovative upgrades to his farm, processes, and already wide and diverse selections. Pick-up is a breeze!!
