Capriccio Specialties

We ate at the Beartooth Grill today: my friend let me taste her papardelle pasta with mushrooms, chicken, and Capriccio Umami Spice blend. It was SO GOOD I am on the hunt to find that spice mix!! I like to cook, I use mushrooms, but that spice mix made the dish sing, IMO! So glad it is a local product, and maybe I can get some!
