Even'Star Organic Farm is more than a farm: it's a lifestyle! Brett brings to the public fresh, local, whole-fiber foods that are worlds away from anything you can find in the grocery store. His winter greens, free range eggs, and summer fruit and vegetables offer a sustainable approach to health. I am so grateful that he is in our community and would advise anyone to jump at the chance of a CSA membership with Even'Star - winter and summer. Having recently read 'The End of Overeating' by David Kessler, access to high quality, nutritious local food is critical for health and also probably for overeating.
