I have been a CSA member with Even' Star Organic Farm since 2020. Over the years, I have been both a traditional box member and subsequently a farmers' market member. Having this flexibility, which works well with my work schedule has been a huge boon.
The farm does organic farming right. What do I mean by this? Brett and team emphasize stewarding the land. Knowing where my food comes from and how it was grown is my number one priority. I never feel unsure of my food's quality when I get it from Brett. Moreover, he treats his customers as friends. He takes the time to get to know us. There was one point at which I had not seen him in person for many months. When we finally did, he picked up our last conversation as if we'd seen each other just the day before.
