We recently tried Redbud Ridge's breakfast sausage and mild Italian sausage...I wanted a lean sausage that still had taste. I was promised that my search would be over with Redbud Ridge...Well, the search is over...Redbud Ridge delivered!!! Great taste in a lean sausage!!! No "Pigs can fly" story here...just great sausage!! My family is excited to try their Chorizo next!!!

My husband & I recently got the please to try Redbud Ridge Pasture Pork sausage. We have tried all the flavors & love them all. We especially like the Hot Italian but made biscuits & gravy the other day with Biscuits Delight and loved it as well. You can't go wrong on any of the flavors! What I was most amazed about when first frying up the sausage was how little fat it had, barely any at all. I love the fact of how these pigs are raised, that I can trust the meat & the farmer, & I know what I am putting in my body rather than who knows what at the grocery store. Our society as a whole needs to get educated on wholesome food & buy from local farmers rather than meat at the grocery store. Also we must realize that not all farmers feed their livestock with good nutritious food, non-gmo corn or have them in pastures rather than an enclosed small lot. We must get educated & feed our families meat that we can trust and Redbud Farms is in this category. Superior meat & stewardship to animals

We love the sausage we purchased from Joe and Amy, and we will definitely buy again. Our favorites are the Hot Italian and the Chorizo. Can't wait to try the pork roast next!

I bought some sausage and a pork shoulder. The meat was delicious...and yesterday I bought more. I enthusiastically recommend Redbud Ridge for healthy, happily raised pork. The pigs are loved and love Joe and his wife in return.
