Redbud Ridge Pastured Pork

We recently tried Redbud Ridge's breakfast sausage and mild Italian sausage...I wanted a lean sausage that still had taste. I was promised that my search would be over with Redbud Ridge...Well, the search is over...Redbud Ridge delivered!!! Great taste in a lean sausage!!! No "Pigs can fly" story here...just great sausage!! My family is excited to try their Chorizo next!!!
