These cheeses are the best! This is a great gift idea to share with people near and far. The presentation is perfect...a complete eating experience with the biscotti, cheese and jam, plus something to cut, serve and eat off of! Hard to beat the price; all around, a great value.

I'd never tried sheep's cheese before seeing these folks at a local farmers market. Tried the Confetti fresh cheese and was immediately hooked. Wonderful texture, hints of herbs and garlic. SO good on crackers (in fact, I think I need to find a better class of cracker!) Last weekend I tried the Nettle fresh cheese and it was wonderful, too. Going to try some of their aged cheese next.
