I'd never tried sheep's cheese before seeing these folks at a local farmers market. Tried the Confetti fresh cheese and was immediately hooked. Wonderful texture, hints of herbs and garlic. SO good on crackers (in fact, I think I need to find a better class of cracker!) Last weekend I tried the Nettle fresh cheese and it was wonderful, too. Going to try some of their aged cheese next.
