We grow mainly heirloom vegetable varieties as well a few hybrids. Most of our seeds were acquired through Seed Savers. Here is a list of some of our planted produce. Tomatoes: (Italian Heirloom, Earliana, Tiny Tim, Truckers Favorite, Isis Candy Cherry, Ponderosa Red and Amish Paste. We also have a few Black Krim and WV Red). Peppers: (Bull Nose Bell, Nosegay, California Golden Wonder, Beans: (Bountiful bush snap), Corn: (Golden Bantam). Cucumber, (Double Yield), (Mexican Sour Gherkin). Eggplant: (Black Beauty). Leeks: (Musselburgh). Pumpkin: (Small Surgar Organic.) Zucchini: (Black Beauty.) Lettuce: ( Ella Kropf 1930.) Cantaloupe: (Charentais) as well as Garden Huckleberries and Aunt Mollys Ground Cherries. We have a 500 sq foot garden in the North Fork River Valley at Seneca Rocks, WV. We water our garden from the waters of the North Fork River. We started our seeds in our new 12 x 28 hoophouse.
