Utterback Farms

Utterback Farms is an aquaponics farm near St.Louis, Mo. Our primary crop is lettuce. We also grow many other vegetables and mushrooms as well. We grow produce in one of the most sustainable ways in existence. We use less water and less energy. We offer farm tours on most sundays by appointment. As an Aquaponics farm near St. Louis we feel we have some high standards to uphold. We have faith that our farm and our ability can meet the high standards of St. Louisian and the rest of the state. We are not "certified" organic but aquaponics is pretty much the definition of organic. We use no chemicals because if we did it would harm our fish that supply our fertilizer. We offer farm tours to allow people to judge for themselves, the quality and sustainability of aquaponics.
