We operate a family goat dairy with the help of a few members from the "Wwoof" (Worldwide opportunity on organic farms) organization. Serenity Acres is home to a herd of Nubian and Saanen Dairy goats who provide us with delicious milk as well as cheese, yogurt, liquid whey and an all natural skin care line including the best goat milk soap and goat milk body Creme. We also have wonderful fresh brown eggs from our pasture raised chickens. All of our animals have access to free choice peanut hay, grass and browse and are raised hormone and anti-biotic free. We are Animal Welfare Approved certified. Our milk, whey, yogurt and cheese and eggs are labeled "pet food - not for human consumption" per Florida State law because they are not pasteurized or processed in a certified facility. All items can be picked up at the farm by appointment. We also give farm tours by appointment.
Visit us on our website or Facebook to follow along with our life on the farm and our stories. Get to know our herd of Sweet an capricious Goats and their adventures. Nubians are the drama queens of goats who produce delicious sweet milk. They are not too vocal unless they are hungry or stuck where they shouldn't be in the first place. We operate the farm sustainably with solar power and minimize our foot print every day a bit more. We hope to see you there soon.
