Spring Creek Produce Logan supplies high quality heirloom tomatoes, lettuce, basil and other herbs, kale, and spinach to restaurants in Utah, Salt Lake, Weber, and Cache Counties of Utah. We also sell directly to the individual consumer via a home delivery service which can be contracted at SpringCreekProduce.com and via the Summer and Winter Downtown Salt Lake City Farmers markets. We grow everything naturally with no chemicals in a controlled environment. We concentrate on the highest quality in natural taste, color, and nutrient density. We have found that these can be optimized with biological and climatological balance within our growing facilities, and harvesting in those last hours when the products ripen and the minerals and sugars have come full cycle. We utilize innovative proprietary greenhouse, energy, and production technologies for convective cooling and a reduced annual produce production carbon footprint while producing year round.
