Grillin Meats of Rolling Hills Cattle Company

Rolling Hills Cattle Company is a women owned and operated ranch. We focus on 100% AGA certified grassfed and grass finished beef from our ancient British White cattle breed prized for their meat quality and superior flavor. To complement our beef, we also raise pastured Hungarian Mangalitsa heritage hogs. A wide variety of pastured poultry including Eggs, Chicken, Duck, Goose, Turkey, Guinea Foul. Katahdin sheep for lamb.

ALL of our animals are raised 100% free of corn or soy. Food allergies are a concern for us, so we avoid all antibiotics, artificial hormones, and use holistic medicine as needed. Our value added meats are nitrate and msg free, as well as most items are gluten free. We have some dairy free options also. We only use transitional organic non-GMO feed ingredients, including minerals for our animals.

Farm tours are by appointment only. We can be found at several twin cities farmer's markets every week. Delivery may be available for larger orders. We have meats for retail year-round. We do require pre-orders for Turkey, and larger chicken orders. Please see website for those dates.
