Swan Creek Acres is a USDA Certified Organic Vegetable Farm located in Wilkes County NC.  Our core farming philosophy is directly rooted in the care of the land the way mother nature intended.  We've spent countless hours trialing various cultivars of salad greens and other vegetable varieties to ensure only the most flavorful and vibrant ones reach your plate while ensuring not to sacrifice on shelf life.  

We value greatly our local food network for its many benefits including the delicious cultivated food grown with heart and passion, the connections through communities it fosters, and self-sustainability it provides for our local economy.  Virtually every dollar stays within our community.  Food and Farms not only connect our neighbors back to the land, but they connect us to each other fostering enduring friendships.
