Hillside Creek Farm

Hillside Creek Farms is a small family farm located in southern Indiana. We raise pasture meat chickens. The chickens are kept in chicken tractors and moved daily. This keeps them in fresh air and out of their droppings, while helping the soil. Chickens are hand butchered and packaged when they are 6-8 pounds. Two days before processing the chickens, the chicken tractor is moved to the butchering area, so the birds are not stresses the day of butchering. The chickens are chilled for 24 hours then vacuumed packed and froze.
