Over 12 months, you will receive all of the cuts in a side of beef (1/2 beef, consisting of both the front quarter and hind quarter, approximately 175 pounds of beef). These cuts include a number of packages of: T-Bone Steak, Swiss Steak, Sirloin Steak, Rib-Eye Steak, Flank Steak, Rump Roast, Sirloin Tip Roast, Chuck Roast, Arm Roast, Stew Meat, Soup Bones, Ground Beef, and Ground Beef Patties. Each month we'll deliver 8 to 9 packages of beef to you, representing 4 or 5 different cuts and 8 to 12 lbs. Each delivery will fit easily in the freezer compartment of a standard refrigerator. The cuts will vary from month-to-month, but will add up to the full side of beef over a year's time.
