We are a small family farm located in the Southern Tier of New York, nestled in the deep valleys of the foothills of the Finger Lakes. We've been growing unique culinary ingredients and medicinal plants since 1999 using a closed loop system of biodynamic and regenerative methods. We have a deep belief in the restorative and nourishing properties of holistic food systems, from culinary herbs and vegetables, to naturalized food and seed saving, to wild crafting and foraging. As former restaurant owners and caterers, we understand the needs and tastes of our customers, and enjoy bringing them new and exciting flavors and healthy ways to enjoy local food throughout the year. We grow a diverse selection of plants and flowers each year, and sell our gourmet salad blends, microgreens, fresh herbs, edible flowers, and fruits at market and wholesale to the trade and retail. You can find us at the Vestal Farmers Market on Wednesday and Saturday from 9am-1pm beginning May 25th, 2019. We look forward to serving you soon!
