We are a small regenerative farm utilizing natural organic practices. We sell grass-fed/finished Angus beef that are rotated through pastures during the growing season. Quarters and halfs are available in the last quarter of the year through advance reservations. Retail cuts are available in the farm store through out the year. Pastured 'broilers' are available in the summer months through advanced reservations while turkeys are available Thanksgiving week but also through advanced reservations. Occasionally grass finished lamb and mutton is available. Laying hens are also rotated through the pastures producing flavorful, multi colored eggs that are sold in the farm store (Self-service). We welcome visitors, tours, hay rides and short summer internships for those interested exploring natural and humane livestock care.

We feature Angus Beef that are raised grain free and finished on grass. Poultry is raised on grass and natural feeds. We raise Cornish White Cross and heritage Brown Broiler (freedom ranger-type). Hens' Eggs have dark yolks and the flavor is outstanding according to customers. Thanksgiving turkeys are raised in the same natural way as the chicken but should be ordered well in advance.

Directions:
On the West edge of Camillus, we are 1.5 miles north from West Genessee Turnpike (Route 5). From 690 West, take exit toward Auburn, then from Route 5, right turn at second light on Bennetts Corners Road. We are just past Camillus Country Club Golf on the right, and we have a farm sign. Lots of parking and turn-around available.
