Once Upon a Meadow Farm and Dairy

We are a small family farm raising heirloom and heritage breeds in everything from apples to Thanksgiving turkeys. We offer pastured heritage Lilac and Bronze turkeys for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and starting in 2013, will be offering raw aged goat cheese from our herd of wild spanish-dairy goat cross does. We rotate our pastures for land and animal health, use chickens for pest control, offer milk and whey as feed improvements, and focus on raising the plants and animals that are best suited for our our area soils, pests, and overall climate. We're dedicated to a slower, more gentle way of living that improves our land, the quality of our food, and the connections of the community around us.
