Dancing Turtle offers a variety of Sprouts and Micro-greens grown with Organic seed in our certified kitchen, indoor grown room, and hoop house. Offerings may be purchased at the Ithaca Farmer's Market, by direct order, or through our Winter CSA (Nov.-Feb.). Fresh, flavorful and nutritious; a variety of sprouts are available year- round! Also, visit our market stand on Saturdays and Sundays to try a micro-salad with our homemade dressings and wheatgrass juice pressed while you wait!
