Area farmers welcome to sell their home grown produce at the market and a wide variety of other vendors are also on site at Heritage Farm, 4613 Laurel Road, west of Pearl. It is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each Sunday from June 11. Plenty of free parking including handicapped parking and a paved path. Heritage Farm is a working 1860s farm purchased by the city of Brunswick for use by the Brunswick Area Historical Society, which is working to restore the original farmhouse and outbuildings. This is the bicentennial year for the Brunswick/Brunswick Hills community and the farmhouse, filled with local artifacts, will be open this year for tours. Call to check for dates. There will also be guest appearances by characters from the community's past.
