We are committed to growing healthy food (without using chemical fertilizers, insecticides, herbicides or fungicides) that is good for us, good for you and good for the critters we raise. Many older varieties, including heirlooms, have better flavor than more recent varieties. We grow varieties for flavor not uniformity and shipping. We focus on healthy soil which produces healthy food for us and for you.
