16 Hands Family Farm

16 Hands Family Farm is a small farmstead just south of Ellsworth. We grow a variety of delicious fruit and vegetables and serve our local community. Organic eggs also available. We offer weekly and biweekly produce distributions through our CSA program, and support the local farmer's markets in Jewell and Ames. We are also available at the farm by appointment. Our season generally runs from May through November. We are a family of 8, which is where the 16 Hands name comes from. There are always plenty of hands available to dig in and help.
