5 Woods Life

5 Woods Life is a small family farmstead in Kernersville, NC providing our community with a variety of Vegetables, Microgreens, Mushrooms, Edible flowers and Horticultural products. We believe that you should be able to eat fresh, naturally grown food from in your community.

Our farming practices are we eat what we grow. We do not use synthetic herbicides, pesticides, fungicides or treated seeds. We focus on adding compost, prebiotics, a wide range of natural rock powders and nutrients, and lots of love to produce nutrient-dense, safe food.
