Plauche Farms

I am currently not producing vegetables. I plan to ramp up my gardens in mid 2014. I will update this site at that time. When I start up again, I will continue growing the following. I grow winter lettuces, spinach, kale; and in the spring/summer, I grow tomatoes, peppers, squash, beans, cucumbers, watermelon, cantaloupe, herbs (rosemary, oregano, mint, savory, thyme,lavender, dill, basil). I do not use pesticides. I also have one acre in wine grapes. I operate a 3,000 s.f. hoop house for many varieties of vegetables throughout the year. My greenhouse and gardens are located near Dorchester, west of Sherman. I sell veggies year-round. I also maintain a 2-acre stocked pond (bass and perch).
