Amazing Planet! Farm & Justice Center
A new eco-friendly farm and justice center, committed to sustainable living and revolutionary change, is emerging in Vermont.
We grow 2-4 acres of organic vegetables that we sell via our farm stand and the Brattleboro Area Farmers Market. More than 50% of the products at our farm stand are homegrown. Most of the ingredients for our value-added products such as pickles, kimchi, salsa and pesto are also homegrown. We carry a few additional products grown or made by our neighbors including apples from Scott Farm, maple syrup from Northwoods, and soap from One World.
RATES for Farm Stay: $125ea/night 2 night minimum; $700/week. Two newly renovated apartments; sleeps 2-8, kitchenette, hot tub, sauna, yoga studio. Great access to Mt. Snow, Stratton, Brattleboro and Rock River swimming holes. Highlights include bright fields, bonfires, baby chics, community gardens, timber-frame farm stand, solar array, and locally grown organic food set beautifully on 33 acres in progressive rural Vermont!
We are hugely politically active in promoting the 'localvore' movement, defending family farms and overall fighting for global justice and against corporate globalization.
Upcoming events include: War Tax Resisters Regional Gathering 10/9-11 Yoga Retreat 10/16-18 Yoga Teacher Training 10/22-25
