Area 2 Farms is a local farm growing fresh, USDA Certified Organic produce in Arlington, Virginia. We grow and harvest greens, microgreens, root vegetables, and herbs all year. Everything is always in season, always grown for the people who eat it.
Most food comes from someone you'll never meet, on land you'll never see. We're the opposite.
When you join our CSA, you don't just get vegetables, you get a farmer. One who lives in your community and grows only for their neighbors. We hand-harvest every bundle and grow a wide range of crops, from familiar favorites to heritage and heirloom varieties you won't find on a grocery shelf. Everything is organic, kosher, and tended with deep respect for our land, our water, and our community.
We'd love for you to come see it for yourself. Book a farm tour, see exactly what's growing this week, and meet the people who grow your food. We also welcome interns and seasonal friends for anyone who wants to get their hands in the soil and learn how a modern local farm actually works.
Every neighborhood deserves a farm. Our mission is to move the farm, not the food, and to prove that good health, great taste, and knowing your farmer can all live within a few miles of home.
