It's unfortunately the only farmer's market in the area, but it has quite a bit of variety and it is in a nice setting. It is located in a part of our small city called "Old Towne" and is held every Saturday behind the Central Fire Station in a small park.... [more]
We really need to rebuild our market, there hasn't been one in Slidell since before hurricane Katrina and I know the citizens of our city would really appreciate one!
I never heard of Camellia City Market. Where the heck is it? Do they advertise anywhere? Really been wishing for a local farmers market since the one on Front St washed away in the hurricane.
