The Maker's Acres

At The Maker's Acres our mission is 3-fold: To provide fresh healthy produce for our local community, to provide a living for ourselves, and to bring glory to God in all that we do.
This year we will be continuing with a 30 family CSA that will run from May 27-September 30. We hope to increase the number by another 15 families next year. Each full share box will contain 7-12 veggies and more fruit this year-raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, and watermelon. We are offering shares for $600. Payment is to be made at the farm with check or cash.
We use organic seed. We do not use pesticides, herbicides, nor artificial fertilizers.
And----we are "Chileheads" after spending years in New Mexico! We grow hot, hotter, and even hotter chiles! (Not chilis)! We plan on hosting a chile roasting event at the end of the season which is included in your share. Nothing like the smell of roasting chiles to say that fall is on the way!
Although CSA is our focus, if you have a need-call us. We can also handle some on farm sales.
