Someday Farmers specialize in growing heirloom varieties of a wide range of vegetables, flowers, and herbs. We adhere to a low-input, no pesticide method that is not "certified organic". We do not believe in certification as a means of guaranteeing the safety, quality and healthiness of food. Instead, we use methods of growing that are closer to nature, using our own compost created on site with local materials, harvesting rainwater for irrigation, using no till planting and cover cropping to maintain soil health, and other processes that help mother nature do what she does best.
We offer a CSA membership from June-Oct. We aim to start a winter CSA starting November 2016. We also sell wholesale to local restaurants and natural markets in and around Bath, ME, and have plans to build an on-site farm stand.
