Our motto is: Quality of soil, quality produce, quality of life. Undertoe Farm is a community supported farm. Adam Brown and Haley Breniser have been farming for 9 years, growing on our land in Kewadin for six. Currently, we serve 55 CSA members year-round through our Summer and Winter Farm Share Programs, sell veggies at Elk Rapids Farmers Market, and provide to Siren Hall, Village Market of Elk Rapids, Providence Farm (CSA and Farm Market) and Cherry Capital Foods.
We believe in revitalizing the agroecosystem by enhancing the soil health under our toes while providing the local community with seasonal, nutritious vegetables and fruit. By managing our land thoughtfully, we aim to increase the diversity of native plants, amphibians, birds, and insects that roam. In the process, we hope to live a fulfilling, happy life (so far so good). One where we find balance between working our butts off for a way of life we love and making time to get lost in our favorite forests and musical tunes.
We look forward to meeting you. We feel honored to grow for you. We are thrilled to be involved in the local food movement of Northwest Michigan. We choose to farm because it is a deeply rewarding lifestyle that contributes to our personal growth while also improving the health of our community.
Thanks
Adam, Haley & Atticus
