Pensacola, Florida -- On her blog Domestic Geek Girl, Gingi recently released a new recipe using comb honey; Peanut Butter and Comb Honey Puff Pastries With Lavender.
“Jonathan and I set out to make some fancy hors d’oeuvres using comb honey, we were surprised at the lack of recipes on the internet for such a unique, tasty and classy looking natural health food,” says Gingi. “This was our first idea for utilizing comb honey in an appetizer, mostly because my favorite pairing with honey is peanut butter. This is an elegant twist on a good old fashioned peanut butter and honey sandwich.”
