Ingredients:
3 cups whole wheat flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon
ground nutmeg
1-1/4 cups milk
1 cup
raw honey
½ tsp
ground vanilla
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Directions:
- Combine milk, honey, egg and oil in separate large bowl.
- Combine dry ingredients in large bowl mix gently.
- Pour wet mixture over dry ingredients and fold until just moistened.
- Fold in apricots, sunflower seeds.
- Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for about 55 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
