Apricot Honey Bread

Ingredients:

3 cups whole wheat flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1-1/4 cups milk
1 cup raw honey
 ½ tsp ground vanilla
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Directions:
  1. Combine milk, honey, egg and oil in separate large bowl.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl mix gently.
  3. Pour wet mixture over dry ingredients and fold until just moistened.
  4. Fold in apricots, sunflower seeds.
  5. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for about 55 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
