Chili-Maple Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into ½ thick slices
2 T maple syrup
1 T chili powder

Directions:
  1. Whisk together maple syrup and chili powder
  2. Cook pork in over med-high heat in a well-seasoned grill-pan, 2-3 minutes on each side
  3. Brush with glaze during last minute of cooking
