Cranberry Apricot Maple Syrup

Ingredients:

1 C maple syrup
¼ C dried cranberries, chopped
¼ C dried apricots, snipped into small pieces
2 t lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Place syrup and fruits in small heavy saucepan. Simmer, uncovered until fruits look plump, about 5 minutes
  2. Remove from burner and add lemon juice.
  3. Serve over biscuits or on pancakes
