Ingredients:
1 C maple syrup
¼ C dried cranberries, chopped
¼ C dried apricots, snipped into small pieces
2 t lemon juice
Directions:
- Place syrup and fruits in small heavy saucepan. Simmer, uncovered until fruits look plump, about 5 minutes
- Remove from burner and add lemon juice.
- Serve over biscuits or on pancakes
