Ingredients:
1 3/4 C Greek yogurt
1/4 C
raw apple blossom honey
1/8 C apple juice
1/8 C lemon juice
3/4 t grated orange rind
1/4 t freshly grated ginger
2 inches of
scraped vanilla bean or ½ tsp
vanilla extract*
Directions:
In a re-seal able plastic bowl combine all ingredients mix thoroughly. Allow to set in fridge over night to allow the ingredients to meld together.
Serve with pancakes, biscuits, waffles or any of your favorite baked goods.
